Terms of service

OnlyBusy mirrors your availability across Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 calendars you connect. It writes private busy events so scheduling tools can see that you are unavailable, using a label you choose. OnlyBusy reads event titles to show them in your own calendar, and does not store them or copy them onto other calendars. Descriptions, locations, and attendees are not read. iCloud and other providers may be added later and will be covered by these terms when they are offered.

You need an account to use OnlyBusy. You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at privacy@onlybusy.com if you believe the account is being used without your permission.

Connecting Google or Microsoft authorizes OnlyBusy to read busy windows and to create, update, and delete the busy events it created on calendars you enable. You confirm that you are allowed to connect each account. OnlyBusy uses personal OAuth consent. If an organization blocks that consent, that calendar cannot be connected until the organization allows it.

You can disconnect an account at any time. OnlyBusy will remove the busy blocks it created on and from that account and delete the stored tokens.

You agree not to:

• Connect calendars you are not authorized to change.
• Use OnlyBusy to interfere with someone else’s calendar or scheduling systems.
• Probe, disrupt, or overload the service, or attempt to access another customer’s data.
• Resell the service or scrape it except through the features we provide.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, or that puts other customers or the calendar providers at risk.

Prices, if any, are shown on the pricing section of onlybusy.com. A trial, when offered, is described there. No fee is charged until you complete a checkout we provide. If a paid plan is later billed, the price and billing period shown at checkout apply, and you can cancel future renewal from the billing settings or by emailing privacy@onlybusy.com. Fees already paid for a period that has started are not refunded except where the law requires it.

Calendar providers, networks, and OnlyBusy itself can fail or be delayed. Sync is designed to be near real time when webhooks are available, and otherwise on a short polling interval. We do not guarantee that a busy block will appear before someone sends an invitation, or that a provider will accept the event. OnlyBusy is not a substitute for checking a calendar before you commit to a time.

You keep ownership of your account information and calendar data. You give OnlyBusy a limited license to process that data only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. We do not claim ownership of your events.

OnlyBusy is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for lost bookings, missed meetings, or provider outages, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability arising out of the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid OnlyBusy in that period, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You may stop using OnlyBusy at any time by disconnecting calendars and asking us to delete the account at privacy@onlybusy.com. We may stop offering the service, or close an account that violates these terms, with notice when it is reasonable to give it. Sections that should survive, including disclaimers, liability, and data handled under the privacy policy, remain in effect.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. If a change is material, we will also send it to the email on your account or show it in the product before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the new terms. Contact privacy@onlybusy.com for questions about these terms.
